There are photographers just about everywhere, but Lone Star Pin-up offers something a little different. Since 2008, we’ve specialized in vintage-inspired pin-up and glamour photography, creating an experience that combines professional styling, an extensive wardrobe, creative photography, and a healthy appreciation for playing dress-up.
Our clients don’t have to arrive knowing how to pose, how to create a vintage hairstyle, or where on earth to find a fabulous 1950s dress. We’ve spent years collecting wardrobe, accessories, and all the little details that bring these looks together. Our professional hair and makeup artists take care of the glamour, and we guide you through every pose, right down to what to do with your fingertips. All you have to bring is yourself!
A Whole Day Devoted to Something Fabulous
For many of our traveling clients, a Lone Star Pin-up session becomes the centerpiece of a little getaway. Some make a weekend of it, some incorporate their session into a larger vacation or girl’s trip, and others simply decide that a day of vintage glamour is a perfectly good reason to get on an airplane.
And why not? When was the last time you set aside an entire day to do something purely because it sounded fun? Not because it was practical, productive, or something that needed to be crossed off a list, but because you wanted to experience it.

We’ve been doing this since 2008, and vintage glamour isn’t just one of the many photography styles we offer. It’s what we do.
Over the years, we’ve built an extensive collection of clothing, accessories, props, and sets, along with the experience to bring all kinds of creative ideas to life. Classic Hollywood starlet? Absolutely. Playful 1950s pin-up? Of course. Something a little darker, more dramatic, or completely unexpected? Now you’re speaking our language.
No two clients are exactly alike, and their portraits shouldn’t be either. Some arrive with an entire Pinterest board of inspiration. Others have absolutely no idea what they want until they start exploring the wardrobe. We love working with both.

You don’t need a passport or a plane ticket to visit us, although plenty of our clients have needed one or both. We’re located in Temple, Texas, conveniently situated between Austin, Dallas, and Houston. And for those lucky enough to live nearby, a little Old Hollywood glamour is practically in your own backyard.
