By booking my appointment, I acknowledge that I have read and understand the pricing information. I understand that a nonrefundable session fee is required to reserve my appointment. I also understand that portraits, artwork, products, and any optional add-ons are purchased separately and payment is due in full on the day of my appointment.

I understand that 48 hours' notice is required to reschedule my appointment and keep my session fee on file. If I reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, $200 of my session fee will be forfeited. If I do not show up for my appointment without prior notice, $350 of my session fee will be forfeited.

I understand that session fees and all payments are nonrefundable. If I choose to cancel my appointment, my session fee will be forfeited.

I understand that I should arrive on time with a clean, moisturized face and freshly washed, completely dry hair. I also understand that arriving with wet hair may result in an additional styling fee.

I understand that taking photos and video recording are not permitted in the studio shooting areas, but I'm welcome to take all the behind-the-scenes selfies I'd like in the dressing room and hair and makeup areas.

I understand that professionally retouched images are typically completed within 10 to 14 business days after my image selections have been made. Most printed products are ready approximately 5 to 7 business days after retouching is complete, although specialty products may require additional production time. Artwork may be picked up by appointment at the studio unless shipping arrangements have been made in advance.

Most importantly, I understand that I don't need any modeling experience to have an incredible portrait experience. I'll simply show up, trust the process, and let the Lone Star Pin-up team take care of the rest!
