Erin Riddle is the owner, photographer, and creative artist behind Lone Star Pin-up, a luxury portrait studio specializing in vintage-inspired glamour photography. A Central Texas native with a background in graphic design and professional photo retouching, Erin founded Lone Star Pin-up in 2008 with a passion for creating timeless portraits inspired by the glamour, elegance, and artistry of the 1920s through the 1960s.
What began in her garage photographing friends has grown into one of the country’s premier vintage portrait studios. Today, women travel from across Texas, around the United States, and even internationally for the Lone Star Pin-up experience, drawn by Erin’s signature blend of artistry, styling, and an atmosphere where every woman feels celebrated.
While classic pin-up will always be at the heart of the studio, Erin’s work includes old Hollywood glamour, boudoir, fashion-inspired portraiture, fantasy, and completely custom concepts all with her signature vintage flair. Every session is thoughtfully designed around the person in front of the camera, creating portraits as unique as the woman herself.
Every portrait session is personally photographed and creatively directed by Erin, ensuring each client receives the same attention to detail, artistic vision, and one-on-one experience that have defined Lone Star Pin-up since the beginning. She believes every woman deserves the opportunity to feel confident, glamorous, and truly seen. Her favorite moment isn’t clicking the shutter or even delivering beautiful photographs, it’s getting to see a client view herself in a way she never has before. Many of her clients travel hundreds, and sometimes thousands, of miles to experience Lone Star Pin-up, trusting her to create portraits that become treasured keepsakes for generations. Outside the studio, Erin is just as passionate about fashion and self-expression as she is behind the camera. Dressing up, styling outfits, and hunting for fabulous treasures have always been some of her greatest creative joys. Her own extensive personal wardrobe, combined with the studio’s carefully curated, size-inclusive wardrobe collection, reflects years of hand-selecting beautiful clothing, accessories, and one-of-a-kind pieces that help every client discover a look that feels both glamorous and authentically her own.
When she’s not creating portraits, Erin enjoys performing in musical theatre, various form of retail therapy, traveling, and finding inspiration in vintage fashion, cinema, and timeless design. She believes the right portrait becomes more than a beautiful image. It becomes a reminder of your beauty, your confidence, your strength, and a moment in your life you’ll treasure forever.

Wendy has been the lead hair and makeup artist at Lone Star Pin-up since 2009, helping thousands of women look and feel their absolute best. With an extensive background in theater, film, television, photography, and live performance, she brings nearly two decades of professional artistry and experience to every session.
Known for her meticulous attention to detail and mastery of authentic vintage hair and makeup, Wendy specializes in recreating the timeless glamour of the 1920s through the 1960s. Whether she’s styling flawless Hollywood waves, sculpting classic victory rolls, or creating a polished vintage makeup look, her goal is always the same: to help every client feel confident, beautiful, and completely camera-ready.
Based in Austin, Wendy is also an award-winning aerialist, burlesque performer, and producer whose creativity has taken her to stages across the United States and Europe. Her passion for artistry, performance, and transformation is evident in every client she works with, making her an invaluable part of the Lone Star Pin-up experience.
Stephanie is often the first friendly face you’ll meet at Lone Star Pin-up. As our Studio Concierge, she’s here to make every step of your experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible, from answering your questions before your session to helping you feel welcomed and cared for throughout your day in the studio.
Before joining Lone Star Pin-up, Stephanie managed a portrait studio in her home state of Washington, bringing valuable experience in client care and the portrait process. She also knows the Lone Star Pin-up experience from the client’s perspective, having first stepped in front of Erin’s camera herself before becoming part of the team over 15 years ago. Since joining us, she’s helped countless of women feel comfortable, confident, and excited throughout their portrait experience.
Whether she’s explaining financing options, helping during your session, or guiding you through your portrait selections, Stephanie is always happy to answer questions and make sure every detail is taken care of. Her warmth, patience, and genuine love for helping others make her an essential part of the Lone Star Pin-up family.
